A SERIAL flasher in the Bolton and Bury areas is back behind bars once again.
Richard Graham, 31, appeared for sentence at Minshull Street Crown Court after admitted to indecent exposure in Bury.
Graham had previously struck in Tottington, Padiham and Salford, and served at least two prison sentences for the same offence.
An earlier court hearing was told Graham had also breached a sexual harm prevention order by approaching a girl aged under 16 when he committed his most recent offence in Bury last August.
Graham, who had previously lived in Edenfield, near Ramsbottom, but whose last given address was Moss Hall Road, Heywood, was jailed for 14 months by Judge Angela Nield.
Another sexual harm prevention order, this time for 10 years, was imposed, and he must sign the sex offenders register for the same period.
He was jailed for 12 weeks earlier this year after he was found guilty of exposing himself on Marston Road in Salford last January.
That sentence for Graham came six months after he was jailed for committing the Tottington and Padiham offences within hours of each other in January this year. On that occasion he targeted girls between the ages of 12 and 14.
He exposed himself to one schoolgirl before trying to push her into an alley in Tottington.
Graham proceeded to expose himself to a girl in Salford before driving to Padiham and doing the same again in front of two girls and was jailed for 15 months.
The sentence followed similar previous convictions in Haslingden in May 2019 and Rawtenstall town centre that July.
