A CRASH has led to diversions on a major road in Bolton.

Transport for Greater Manchester reported a road traffic collision on Weston Street junction with Manchester Road, Burnden, at 12:24pm.

Diamond Bus North West services have now diverted the 524, 37, and eight services will follow the number 36 route out of Bolton.

Passengers are being advised to check travel routes before making their journey.

Alternative routes have also been advised if possible, as delays in the area are likely.
