BMW driver had been using cannabis
A BMW driver who had been using cannabis, has been banned from the roads for 12 months.
James O’Connor, aged 20, of Bolton Road, Kearsley, had initially denied drug driving in Mossfield Road, Bolton, on November 7 last year, but then changed his plea to guilty when he appeared at Bolton Magistrates’ Court.
In addition to the driving ban, he was fined £415 plus £442 in costs and charges.
