MAGISTRATES have banned three men from the roads after they admitted drink driving.
Daniel Hartley, aged 35, of Mortfield Lane, Bolton, had drunk almost double the legal amount of alcohol when he drove a Nissan Almera on Higher Bridge Street, Bolton, on June 22. He was fined £200 and loses his licence for 17 months.
Robert Gavin, aged 42, of Milnthorpe Road, Bolton is banned from driving for 18 months after drink driving in a VW Touran on Bury Road, Bolton, on June 10. He drank almost double the legal level and was fined £120.
Karl Chadwick, aged 30, of no fixed address, was drink driving in a Ford Focus on Kay Street, Bolton, on July 2 and also had no licence or insurance. He has a 16-month driving ban and was fined £120.
