COMEDIAN Peter Kay is to perform two special live shows next month in aid of a terminally-ill student.
The Bolton funnyman, who hasn’t performed in public since 2017, will be taking part in two Q&As at the Manchester 02 Apollo on August 7.
The live events have been announced in aid of Laura Nuttall, from Barrowford, who was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, an aggressive brain tumour, in October 2018.
Laura’s mum Nicola announced the news on Twitter on Tuesday morning, saying: “Still can't believe this actually happening!
“So incredibly grateful to Peter for doing this and just cannot wait for August 7th.”
