MAGISTRATES have fined four people after they failed to name drivers, suspected of committing offences, to police.
Mohammed Ahmed, aged 20, of Walker Avenue, Bolton, was convicted of failing to name an Audi A3 driver to police on March 30 last year. Katrina Parkinson, aged 28, of Falcon Drive, Little Hulton, did not identify the driver of a Citroen C1 to police on January 26. And Agnes Kolompar, aged 32, of Blackburn Road, Bolton, failed to name the driver of a Toyota Yaris on January 4. Each was fined £660 plus costs and had six penalty points added to their licences.
Ruqayyah Saddiqui, aged 22, of Harvest Park, Bolton, pleaded guilty to failing to identify a Vauxhall Astra driver on November 11 last year and was fined £223 plus costs and six penalty points.
