The number of people requiring hospital treatment for coronavirus in Bolton has fallen, according to the NHS.
As of June 22, the latest date available, 30 patients were being treated at the Royal Bolton Hospital for Covid-19.
This is a significant drop from just over a week before (June 14) where 45 people were in hospital being treated for the virus.
The number of patients requiring ventilation beds has also decreased from 13 on June 14 to six as of June 22.
There had been a minor spike in patients requiring hospital treatment in recent weeks, with patient numbers reaching as high as 49, however, this is still lower than previous peaks, in November last year and January this year, where up to as many as 150 people were being treated for coronavirus at the borough's hospital.
