A NEW deal has been struck for one of the remaining warehousing units at Logistics North.
Bosses at Haworth Group have confirmed that a 149,300 square foot building at the commercial development scheme Multiply has been snapped up.
No confirmation has been issued of the identity of the tenant yet.
But the fresh arrival will join the likes of PJH Group, Solus, the Incontinence Shop, and a pharmaceuticals supplier at the location.
Joint agents Knight Frank are also in talks with another potential candidate for a final 50,800 square foot unit there.
Steven Knowles, Harworth's regional director, said: "This is another significant milestone for Multiply Logistics North."
"The pandemic and structural changes in the retail market have driven robust demand for the units at Multiply Logistics North," added Jon Styles, of Knight Frank.
