Police are appealing to find missing Joshua Hughes
POLICE are appealing for help to find a missing man with links to Bolton.
Joshua Hughes, 28, was last seen in Rossall Terrace, Blackburn, on the evening of Monday, May 10.
His Citroen C3, similar to the one pictured in the gallery above, was seen on Earcroft Way, Darwen, at 12.48am today.
