A NEW RESTAURANT is coming to Middlebrook Retail & Leisure Park- and we have the latest information about what customers can expect when it opens its doors.
The Confessional is taking the place of ASK Italian and has now completed its refit ready for opening on the Monday, 17th May.
However, the company said they will be trading takeaway meus prior to the lifting of Eat In guidelines.

Robert Hallworth , Centre Manager said: “We are delighted to welcome The Confessional to our line up, they have a varied and great value menu which compliments the other restaurants on site and further strengthens our restaurant offer.
“Middlebrook was recently voted the ‘Best Retail and Leisure Park in the Country’ and we are always looking to improve and bring great retailers to the centre.
“We look forward to all our restaurants being able to open fully on the 17th May and it has been great to see all our customers returning”.
What’s on the menu?
They specialise in Aberdeen angus beef burgers which come in six flavours and toppings.
‘The Confessional Burger’ is £8.95 and is topped with melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and a sauce of your choice.

The Apocalypse Burger is the ideal choice for those who enjoy a hit of spice. It’s currently on the menu for £9.95 and is topped with chorizo, roquito peppers and melted Mexican cheese.
If you’re not a fan of beef, they also have four different chicken burgers on the menu.
Hot dogs and wings can also be found on the menu- including the unique Mac and Cheese dog (£9.95) which is a traditional American Frankfurter topped with Mac ‘n’ Cheese.
Vegetarians are in luck as they have three veggie burgers to choose from including a mushroom & halloumi burger, spicy bean burger and moving mountains vegan burger- all of them are £8.45.
