Here are five Bolton homes that have been listed on the Zoopla website for years:

Ringley Grove
£180,000

This Ringley Grove property would be the perfect home for new families as it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The kitchen is the focal point of the home and has a door opening to the side rear and from the third reception room you can also access the rear.

If so, you’re in luck as this Morris Green home is up for grabs.

It’s beautifully presented and benefits from low maintenance gardens.

Despite all it has to offer, it hasn’t been able to secure a buyer in over three years.

In September 2019, its price was reduced by £17,500.
