AMIR Khan has thanked the NHS after receiving the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
The boxer shared a photo of him getting the jab on social media which was met with a flood of likes from fans.
Which vaccine he received was not revealed in the post, nor was the reason behind him getting the vaccine - currently the vaccine rollout is focusing on the over-50s, people aged 16-64 with underlying health conditions, and unpaid carers for elderly and disabled people.

He then thanked the NHS using a hashtag.
Fans responded to the post and joked that the jab didn't knock him out.
