A JOBS boost has been confirmed in Kearsley with the arrival of three new enterprises at a business park.
Bosses at FI Real Estate Management (FIREM) have announced the completion of two deals for the Europa Trading Estate on the A667.
Different arms of the COWAP Group have taken units on the industrial complex, according to the company.
Their rail services arm and mobile welding services division have taken adjoining units, amounting to around 8,900 square feet of floorspace in total, on 10-year leases.
FIREM had recently carried out a £50,000 refurbishment project on the premises.
A spokesman said COWAP had "pressing expansion needs" for both their welding and infrastructure departments, prompting he move.
The deals come hot on the heels of a third new arrival at Europa, with Astra Windows also taking a 10-year lease on a 12,818 square foot unit. Like the other switch, the specialist aluminium window, door and curtain walling makers is moving into premises which have seen a £200,000 overhaul.
