TWO youths have appeared in court charged with the murder of a 19-year-old man whose body was found in a park.
Joseph Jimmy Booth, aged 18, of Tildsley Street, Great Lever, and a 15-year-old boy appeared at Manchester Crown Court yesterday.
They are charged with murdering Seffar Khan, whose body was found at Heywood's Adventure Playworld off High Street, Great Lever, on Monday, November 5.
Mr Khan, a college student and part-time waiter, of Roxalina Street, Great Lever, died of head injuries.
The two accused, who have been remanded in custody, are due back in court back in court on January 17.
