ANOTHER pair of lettings have been secured for a Liverpool landmark by a Bolton property firm.
Millfield Estates has secured two new arrivals for Yorkshire House, the original headquarters of the Yorkshire Building Society.
Financial advisors Elliott Fletcher has signed a five-year lease for space at the sandstone building in the city's Chapel Street, which was built in 1926.
And SPG Law, which already has a presence in London and Liverpool, is taking seventh-floor offices until at least 2024.
Paul Dobson, Millfield's property director, said: "These latest lettings have reinforced the demand for the superb accommodation that this building offers and the speed that both new tenants committed themselves to Yorkshire House is a testament to the quality of our current office space.
"Attracting tenants of the stature of Elliot Fletcher and SPG Law can only hold us in good stead moving forward as we continue to make upgrades to a property that has already undergone major refurbishment over the past 18 months."
Last November it was announced international tailor Tattan & Gregson was also locating to Yorkshire House.
