A NEW owner has been confirmed for one of Bolton’s most up-to-date healthcare facilities.
Primary Health Properties announced it has acquired Waters Meeting Health Centre at Navigation Park.
An investment deal worth £8million has been signed for the property, which is home to The Burnside Surgery, Ashley Dale Surgery and the Sidda Family Practice.
The venue also houses the anti-coagulant, continence and out-of-hours services, district nurses and the emergency dental team for the borough.
PHP unveiled the move alongside a €5million contract with a developer for another primary care centre in Eire.
Harry Hyman, PHP’s managing director, said: “We are well positioned to continue to grow our portfolio and to support the healthcare systems in these markets through the provision of modern, primary care infrastructure.”
