AS the weekend approaches, three sets of roadworks are set to get underway today, around Bolton.
Over the weekend, temporary traffic lights will be in place on St Helens Road, in Daubhill.
They will be put up next to Prescott Street.
Electricity North West are carrying out electricity works and they are warning there will be weekend working.
Stop/go boards will be used in Radcliffe Road, Darcy Lever today, while United Utilities carry out sewage work close to the Lever Bridge pub.
The measures will only be in place during off-peak hours.
Near Logistics North, there will be a lane closure in Salford Road until next Tuesday.
The Highways department at Bolton Council are replacing a gully.
All dates are estimated.
