YOUNG people found out about the pilgrimage Muslims are expected to make at least once in their lifetime.
Imran Kotwal from Muslim Learner Services spoke to Year Six Bolton School junior boys to speak about the five pillars of Islam, focusing on Hajj.
A school spokesman said: “The style of the session, with the boys moving between the pilgrimage sites at Mecca to replicate the five days of Hajj, worked well.
“ The boys completed a worksheet and some boys were able to wear Ihram to add to the experience.”
