A TOWN centre Greggs bakery has run out of its new vegan sausage rolls.
A sign has been put up in the Newport Street branch promising more of the tasty treats are on their way.
The sign said: "Our bakery teams are working around the clock to get more stock to this shop as soon as we can."
The meat and dairy-free sausage rolls proved a hit when they were launched at the beginning of the year and sparked a lot of debate.
Greggs introduced the new roll after a petition was launched by animal rights group PETA.
When the vegan sausage roll launched our resident vegan tried it out doing a taste test with a meat-eating reporter.

The verdict was positive with both reporters enjoying the alternative Quorn filling.
