A BAT is believed to have been used to smash up a car in the street early on Saturday.
The Bolton News reported yesterday when a man and woman were arrested after the car was attacked at around 8am.
The pair were taken into custody at the scene in Victory Street, Bolton. It's not know if any further action was taken.

But it is understood that a bat may have been used to damage the silver Ford car, which had its front, rear and side windows smashed.
Four police vehicles attended the incident and, in addition to the smashed windows, one of the car’s tyre’s was lying on the road.

A police spokesman yesterday said: “Police were called following a report at 8.10am that a man and a woman had been seen with weapons and a car had been damaged.
“They were arrested on suspicion of affray and taken into custody for questioning.”
