POLICE are investigating reports that a woman was repeatedly stabbed in the head in Orford.
Lisa Willis, 33, was stabbed seven times in the head in the back garden of a house on Poplars Avenue at around 10pm on Thursday, November 8.
Cheshire Police confirmed that they were investigating the incident, in which Ms Willis suffered a ‘number of puncture wounds’.
The Birchwood resident was taken to Warrington Hospital on Friday, November 10, and released later the same day.
Her partner Daniel Elwell said: “I thought she was going to die, she was that bad.
“She was stabbed all over her head and the side of her face, they nearly took her eye out – the knife went a couple of inches into the back of her head.
“It’s not nice.”
