TWO kittens left orphaned under a bin in Crete have arrived at their new homes in Bolton.
A fundraising campaign was set up in June by Sarah McCallister, from Smithills, to find the cats new homes in the UK after her and her husband Ross encountered them while on holiday.
The couple successfully raised the funds and found new homes for the three abandoned kittens.
Two of them were flown to Paris from Crete on Monday before they were driven to Bolton.
They have been rehoused with Sarah's friends.
The third cat is set for a new home in Newcastle and will be brought to the UK next week.
