A BAND of Bolton indie-rockers have gone old school with their latest release.
The Jade Assembly is set to bring out their next single on limited edition 7" vinyl.
Got My Star will be available for pre-order on October 2 and officially released four days later.
The four-piece, founded in 2008, have been working with Wolverhampton-based Magic Garden Recording Studio and producer Gavin Monaghan, who has more than 25 years experience in the industry, on new tracks.
A video is also due to be released to accompany the track with the support of Patrick Kenneth Walsh.
Made up of frontman John Foster, lead guitarist Gareth Smedley, bassist Daniel Hayes and drummer Andy Watson – the band are also set to announce a set of Got My Star tour dates.
Bolton audiences last caught them headlining the revived FoxFest earlier this month, as well hitting the main stage of the Bolton Food and Drink Festival in August.
Following a number of festivals this summer – including playing the Twin Peaks stage at Rec Rock Festival 2017 last weekend – they will be performing at the Wagon & Horses Venue in Birmingham for Magic Garden Vinyl tomorrow.
