TWO weekends of free sporting fun are coming to the town centre.
The Market Place will be hosting the events this weekend on both Saturday and Sunday and then on Saturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 1.
A two-day gaming experience with Game will launch the event this Saturday with a competition on the FIFA computer game and there will be prizes for the top three players.
On Sunday Game will be offering people the chance to enjoy a virtual reality experience.
On top of this, over both weekends customers will have the chance to enjoy a variety of free sporting activities.
This will include the chance to pick up some tips at some football freestyle demonstrations and give tennis a go.
People will also be able to get a taste of the latest gym classes with interactive demonstrations and have a go at ping-pong and table football.
Nikki Wilson-Cook, centre manager at the Market Place, said: “We’re really looking forward to welcoming customers to ‘get their game on’ this autumn. It’s the first time we’ve put on an event of this kind and we think it will really appeal to sport-loving people of Bolton.”
The Market Place has teamed up with JD Sports to give customers the chance to win £100 to spend in store at www.facebook.com/marketplacebolton
