HISTORY: All Souls
There is a chance to delve into Bolton’s past this weekend.
A local history fair will be held at Halliwell Local History Society’s heritage centre, at All Souls, Astley Street, on Saturday between 10am and 4pm.
It includes displays of old photographs, maps, notices and newspaper cuttings.
History buffs will also be able to view displays by Bolton Family History, Bolton 66 Tran Group and Horwich Heritage, among others.
Second-hand books and photographs will be on for sale, and help with research will be on offer.
Admission is free.
