Town centre beggar is fined
MAGISTRATES have fined a man £50 after he was caught begging in Market Street, Bolton, on August 4.
The case against Shane Moran, aged 47, of no fixed address, was proved in his absence and he was also ordered to pay £140 in costs and charges.
