WEAPON: An MBDA missile tested in France
A SILENT vigil will be held tomorrow to protest against arms sales to Saudi Arabia and the bombing of Yemen.
Members of the Bolton Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament and Stop the War group will gather outside the MBDA weapons manufacturing site at Logistics North tomorrow morning.
A group spokesman said that they want to see a change in the UK’s industrial strategy ‘so that in future the skills and talents of our workforce can be redeployed from making weapons to making useful and constructive products’.
