Scooter driver stopped by police tests positive for cocaine
A SCOOTER rider tested positive for cocaine after being pulled over by police officers.
The vehicle was seen being driven in Park Road, Westhoughton on Wednesday evening.
Officers stopped the vehicle as the rider had no helmet, licence, insurance or an MOT.
When he was tested by officers the man was found to have taken cocaine.
