BOLTON’S tenth anniversary Ironman race already has more than 1,300 intrepid athletes signed up to take part.
Just weeks after it was announced that the gruelling triathlon would be returning to Bolton for a tenth year running in 2018, the race is more than halfway to its capacity.
Since coming to Bolton, the race has grown from hosting 1,500 athletes to more than 2,500 each year and continues to be one of the most popular races amongst athletes from around the UK and the world.
