PLANS have been revealed for a new estate agency that could be set up in Westhoughton.
A planning application was submitted to Bolton Council by Sheetal Patel to change a house at 114 Chorley Road into a ground floor estate agency and a first floor flat.
It also proposes to add a two-storey extension to the side, a staircase to the rear and a balcony to the side.
The plans are due to be discussed by Westhoughton Town Council at its forthcoming meeting on Monday.
