THE community came together to brighten up a park in Daubhill.
Bolton At Home teamed up with charity Groundwork to improve the Daisy Dell pocket park and give it a ‘greatly needed uplift’.
As well as pruning the wild flower maze, the willow archway was cut back and returned to its former beauty.
Vicki Devonport, Groundwork’s chief executive, said: “It was a fantastic day which brought local volunteers, Groundwork staff and the Estate Rangers together to make a lasting mark on the Daisy Dell community.”
