Top performing boys and girls at Bolton School.
BOLTON School celebrated an excellent set of GCSE results.
Top achievers included Antonia Jameson achieved the incredible feat of top grades in everything – 9 A*s and a 9 in both English Language and English Literature. In the boys division six boys scored a perfect 10A*s and in the girls’ division it was 11.
Philip Britton, head of boys’ division, said: “It is also good to see the boys have achieved across the whole range of academic subjects, with our usual strength in maths and the sciences being mirrored by large numbers of top grades across modern foreign languages, which are under threat nationally.”
