ARE you ready to indulge in gorgeous grub, washed down with tasty tipples?
Bolton Food and Drink Festival is just days away and The Bolton News has been enjoying a taste of what's to come.
Pictured is the delicious Bolti, a special curry created by the Royal Balti House in Farnworth.
The new recipe, to celebrate 40 years of the Balti, has been enhanced with achari pickle and with one key ingredient — Lancashire Sauce made by family firm Entwistle’s of Ramsbottom.
You will be able to try out the creation at the fabulous foodie event, which runs in the town centre from Friday to Bank Holiday Monday.
Its perfect washed down with a cold can of Brooklyn Brewery ale.
But if curry is not the dish for you, there will be more than 200 stalls selling an array of artisan food and drink, as well as demonstrations galore with celebrity chefs Simon Rimmer, Ainsley Harriott and James Martin.
