YOUNG musicians from Bolton and its German and French twin towns of Paderborn and Le Mans will be in town this weekend for a feast of spectacular orchestral music.
The event at the Albert Halls at 7.30pm on Sunday is part of the trios' twinning celebrations which are this year being hosted by Bolton.
The concert will see the combined youth orchestra perform popular pieces including Tchaikovsky's Fifth Symphony, Les Forains by Henri Sauguet and Moussorgsky's Night on a Bare Mountain.
The conductors will be Dr Sam King from Bolton, Jurgen Boulsen from Paderborn and Christian Lecomte from Le Mans.
Tickets are £8 for adults and £6 for concessions with under 16s free. They are available from the Albet Halls reception or from the box office on 01204 334400.
Bolton Youth Orchestra will also travel to France and Germany for similar concerts, with each orchestra playing in each of the three towns.
The Paderborn concert is on Friday with the Le Mans event on Thursday July 12.
