Are you a graduate of the University of Leicester?
If so, the University would like to invite you back onto campus for the 2007 Homecoming on June 30.
There is no need to register in advance, simply turn up for all or part of the day and enjoy a reminder of your student days and a taste of current University research.
There are many reasons to revisit your alma matter, including renewing friendships and visiting old haunts.
This year graduates will have the opportunity to see progress made in the University's £300m development programme that is transforming the campus -including the development of the iconic David Wilson Library - and to discuss with the staff the academic developments that are taking place.
Even if you can't attend but would like to stay in touch, please email the University or write to us. This is a good time to make sure you are on our records to receive news of a series of special events planned in the coming year to mark the 50th anniversary of the awarding of the University's Royal Charter.
Our programme of mini-lectures for this year's Homecoming reflects the diversity of the University's research and includes a keynote lecture on Surnames and DNA while other talks look at male tenderness in Victorian Culture, Roman Archaeology and Social Life; Museums and Galleries in the digital age and many more.
The day will also include a city bus tour.
If we've got your attention, you can contact me by phone or check out the full programme on our website at www.le.ac.uk/alumni/magazine.html.
