Wanderers keeper Jussi Jaaskelainen has ended speculation about his future by agreeing to see out the final year of his contract, according to his agent today.

Jaaskelainen turned down a new deal at the Reebok Stadium earlier this month sparking speculation that he could be on his way out of the club.

However, the player's agent Peter Harrison claims Jaaskelainen is ready to stay at the Reebok next season before deciding his future next summer.

"Jussi has decided that he is going to see out the final year of his contract and assess the situation after that," Harrison told the Daily Express.

"I've spoken to (manager) Sammy Lee and he is delighted."
