TWO elderly drivers escaped serious injury after a crash which wrecked their cars.
Emergency services called to Leigh Road, Westhoughton, at 9.50am on Saturday, found the Peugeot and Rover were badly damaged on their front driver's sides.
Fire crews gave oxygen to one of the men and paramedics took him to hospital with neck and back injuries.
The other man, who complained of chest pains, declined hospital treatment.
