THE Guide Dogs charity has launched an urgent appeal for puppy walkers.
The organisation trains more than 1,000 puppies each year but needs more volunteers to take the animals into their homes for six to eight weeks, teaching them basic commands before returning them to the charity for their specialised guide dog training.
