A TV advert for bakery Warburtons starring hollywood A-lister Sylester Stallone has been shown on TV.

It was shown for the first time last night during an ad break in Britain's Got Talent.

The advert, titled The Deliverers, tells a story in which Stallone rings Warburton's chairman Jonathan Warburton to pitch a movie idea in which he stars as one of the firm's delivery drivers.

Stallone is then shown getting out of bed wearing an I Love BLTN T-shirt - supposedly at 3.30am in Blackrod - before going to extreme lengths to deliver bread.

It finishes with a parody of an iconic Rocky scene on Bolton Town Hall steps.
