Barclays bank yesterday revealed it would move its headquarters from Britain to Amsterdam if the £80 billion merger with Dutch rival ABN Amro goes ahead.
The banking giant made the announcement as it outlined a number of "broad objectives" being discussed as part of its merger talks with ABN.
