TRAVEL agents are urging their customers to go the extra mile for poorly youngsters this Easter.
Staff at Co-op Travel in Corporation Street, Bolton, will deliver Easter eggs to patients at Derian House Children's Hospice in Chorley, on Good Friday.
They are relying on donations from customers who are being asked to buy one extra egg this year to contribute to the cause.
Staff will build a wall of chocolate eggs before delivering them in Easter week.
Stephen Jones, Co-op Travel branch manager, said: "We'd urge everyone in Bolton to buy one extra chocolate egg to bring a smile to the faces of children at Derian House.
"These youngsters will sadly have to spend their Easter break at the hospice and this is a simple way for people to show them that they care."
