SPECIAL mum Susan Donaghue found herself driving in to the centre of attention.
Mrs Donaghue was treated to a VIM (Very Important Mum) Day courtesy of Middlebrook to celebrate Mother's Day.
The mum-of-four had planned to go shopping at the Horwich complex, and when she drove in the "mums-only" spot marked by pink balloons she found herself the winner of the Middlebrook competition prize.
She was met by a Middlebrook representative who presented her with a bunch of flowers and a bottle of champagne.
A personal shopping advisor helped her with the shopping before all her family enjoyed tea and cakes at Marks and Spencer.
Mrs Donaghue went to the shopping complex with her husband Andrew, aged 35, and children Kirsty, aged 17, Lorna, aged 14, Ben, aged four and Mollie, aged three, Mrs Donaghue, aged 33, who lives in Moses Gate, said: "I had read about the competition and had planned to do some shopping. When I saw the spot was still free, I parked up!
"My children spoilt me in the morning with breakfast in bed and then I was treated again in the afternoon.
" It was a lovely day and one to remember."
