JUVENTUS have offered Wanderers a chance to sign players who will be offloaded, if they return to Serie A.

Top Juve officials, Alessio Secco and Roberto Bettega, travelled to London this week for talks with Wanderers, Middlesbrough and Portsmouth to pave the way for summer deals.

Secco, sporting director of the Italian giants who are on course to return to the top flight after being demoted last year, said: "We want to open a relationship with a view to possible sales."

Fabrizio Miccoli, who is on loan at Benfica, Marcelo Zalayeta, and Robert Kovac are reported to be among the players on offer.
