A MAN arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run has been bailed again by police.
He answered bail at a station in Bolton yesterday after being arrested last year as part of inquiries into the death of Val Syddall-Brown.
The 32-year-old mother of two, who was found dying in the street had been on an errand and was walking home when she was knocked down on Saturday, December 2.
Police believe she had been lying by the road in Greenhill Avenue, Farnworth, for some time before she was found. It is thought she was hit by a car as she made her way home to Hillside Avenue.
The man, who was arrested in connection with the incident, was released without charge. He answered police bail yesterday and must return to police on July 2.
