FANS of the Fab Four will be now able to download rare news footage and interviews with the band.
The archive, which includes coverage of John Lennon and Yoko Ono's "Bed-In", and news reports of Paul McCartney's marriage in 1964, will be available to buy from the download service Wippit.
The band's songs are not available to buy online, as they and their record company EMI have tried to resist joining the download market.
This led to a row between Wippit and EMI, who demanded that the site remove a statement suggesting it would be selling Beatles content.
