OLDER people who find exercise difficult can still keep fit thanks to a new group.
The Westhoughton Visiting Service carer activity group has organised armchair exercise sessions.
Members of the group are seen here enjoying a fun exercise session organised by the service, which is all part of the Health for Bolton Campaign to encourage older people to keep fit.
The visiting service helps socially isolated people in the Westhoughton area and the exercise class is held once a month on a Tuesday.
The next session is on Tuesday, March 27.
It will run from 1pm to 3pm at Thurstons sheltered housing complex, where the service rents a room.
