THE Marco Players are presenting Comic Potential by Alan Ayckbourn from March 28 to 31, at Chorley Old Road Methodist Church.

This hilarious and heartbreaking play was first seen at the Lyric Theatre, London in 1999.
It is set in the future when everything has changed except human nature - a future where TV daytime soaps are performed by android actors emotionally programmed by the control room.
One of these, JCF 31333, finds herself humanised as Jacie Triplethree, complete with a sense of humour, andAdam, a young scriptwriter, falls for her.
The cast of Paul Brammer, Natalie Crompton, Alan Macpherson, Liz Kenworthy, Emma Fox, Paul Costello, Chris Irish, Martin Pearce, Anna Warburton and Carolyn Haslam is currently rehearsing. The director is Alan Macpherson.
