STAFF at Beaverbrooks are celebrating after the high street jewellers finished fourth in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For in the UK.
Beaverbrooks latest nomination makes it the only jewellery retailer to be honoured four years consecutively, always in the top five.
The annual award, which is based on an employee survey and the company's benefits and practices, highlights Lytham-based Beaverbrooks' commitment to its 719 employees and the high level of staff satisfaction it provides across all 59 locations nationwide.
Elaine Pugh, manager of the Beaverbrooks store in Crompton Place, Bolton, said: "There is a family culture within Beaverbrooks and each branch treats every member of the team as individuals to allow them to grow and reach their full potential.
"Our team members are continually asked for feedback as we believe we can learn something from everyone. This contributes to the exciting, challenging and dynamic atmosphere of our store and the business."
