RHODRI Giggs notched FC United's 100th goal of the season as the rebel reds romped to a 6-2 victory over Colne.
Giggs, brother of the slightly more famous Ryan, scored the landmark goal on 34 minutes.
Rory Patterson opened the scoring for the hosts with the game 15 minutes old, but Colne responded three minutes later with a spectacular 25-yard left foot volley from Liam Garbutt.
Jerome Wright restored the Rebels' advantage on 31 minute before Giggs scored his glancing header. Wright added to his tally three minutes later and it was 4-1 at half-time.
Captain David Chadwick added the fifth just before the hour and Phil Power came on a substitute to grab the sixth on 73 minutes.
James Blackburn got one back for Colne from the penalty spot 13 minutes from time.
Elsewhere, it was a miserable afternoon for the local sides.
Atherton LR were beaten 2-0 at home by third placed Nantwich Town with goals from Kinsey and McCulloch in the 21st and 43rd minutes respectively.
Atherton Collieries fared no better with a brace from Ashley Miller sinking them at Newcastle Town.
The frustration goes on in Division Two for Daisy Hill, whose game at home to Leek was once again called off because of a waterlogged pitch.
