THE case of a man who has pleaded guilty to battering a man over the head with a golf club has been adjourned.
David Daly, aged 27, formerly of Oakes Street, Kearsley, appeared at Bolton Crown Court yesterday.
He has pleaded guilty to wounding with intent, possessing an offensive weapon and affray after an attack on John Haywood, aged 24, on September 9, last year.
The case has been adjourned until April 20 for sentencing. Daly was give conditional bail.
